Total ******ters - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

There's a reason why you've never heard of these guys before, total Mickey mouse company. I called them 2 days ago to log a claim for 2 damaged rims and the agent told me I can take the car to any RMI shop to be inspected and checked out. I then took the car to an RMI wheel and tyre shop closeby as I ofcourse cant drive the car very far because its a BMW and does not come with a spare wheel and 2 of the rims are too badly damaged that they are losing air fast. Now after taking time off work and wasting already an hour of my time having the wheels already checked and after sending the damage report and a quote from BMW for 2 new rims and videos of the damaged wheels, the same agent who told me I can take the car to any RMI approved shop calls me back now insisting that I take the car to a Tyger wheel n Tyre which is far from me, to have it inspected there because they say they have a partnership with them and according to my policy I have to take it to whoever they say I should.
