They try to avoid paying legitimate claims + unprofessional and disrespectful attitude to client.
This company is not recommended. We paid our rental insurance premiums regularly and timeously. When we lodged a legitimate claim as our tenant had absconded and damaged our property, we received unprofessional and discourteous service from them. We were treated disrespectfully and patronised and basically accused of lying. They did everything possible to avoid paying this claim and when they did pay it was less than what was supposed to have been paid. It would have cost much in legal fees to challenge them and we had to accept their short-payment and move on. Really unfair and unjust.... most disappointing
