They dont want to payout my claim

On the 20 November my car overheated and towed to ZN Auto Repairs in Butterworth. I lodged a claim with Genric Insurance Company and at first they said they gonna pay lesser amount that doesnt even feature or appear in the category of benefits. I insured my car for mechanical warranty with them, where on their description of covered components that of number 36 Overheating is covered and all damage as a result of overheating. Now i am being told that they are going to pay R1000 only, and the quote i was given amounts to R32 046.00 and they say they will only await for an invoice that will have a R1000. time is running out and i am panicking because of storage. I trully do need an assistance from you regarding the matter above. Thanking you in advance!
