SHOCKING and RUDE Service

I have just had the worst experience with some people that I spoke to at your company. I realized that I have been paying for a warranty/mechanical cover policy that I am not really sure covers my vehicle. When I called to enquire about this, I was shocked at the lack of service and knowledge I was greeted with. The 2 women that I spoke to were super rude and the 2nd lady that was supposedly a supervisor was the worst person I have ever had to deal with. All I want now is to cancel the supposed policy that I have. NO FURTHER DEBITS must go off my account as this will constitute as ***** and I will report it if money gets deducted from my account.
