say i'm not covered

<p>my my is khumbuzile mahlangu, I joind genric insurance last years with the promised that my car will be fixed if there is any machenical problem and when i joined them my car was on catagory B because it was less than 120000 k, and on the 13/06/2016 i had problem my car was mixing water with oil and the machenic told me that it was a head gaskit and he submited the qoate to them and when i call they i was told that they only aproved to pay R2000.00 because my car was on catagory C which is not coz its still not on 120000 yet </p>
