Refusal To Pay A Claim

<p>I have a mechanical breakdown insurance with Genric Direct. On the 21st of June 2016 I made a claim for clutch kit and breaking system. I sent the mechanical breakdown report and quotes to claims department as I was directed to do so. I was chocked when I was told that my claim was declined because the insurance does not cover the things that I was claiming for. This left me confused and furious because my my policy document shows that these things are covered by insurance. I wish to know why did Genric Insurance fooled me by giving me false information.</p>
