Good Day
I am utterly dismayed to learn that all along I am covered to a maximum of R4000.00 on my motor/maintenance plan! How can you claim that I am covered for things such as a clutch with only R4000.00? Why do you even call it a motor/maintenance plan? I have looked through the policy schedule and I did not see any mentioning of this maximum cover amount? Please investigate this and get back to me urgently as my car clutch need to be replaced as soon as possible.
I have bee given the below email to complain but it came back undelivered
