Monies deducted from my account...i'm not a client

R444 deducted from my account, bank tells me it is not a debit order it is a payment hence monies cannot be reversed....i am not even a client of theirs so i have to wait until Monday to resolve the issue with them...…...anyone else perhaps experienced this.
