*** Service

I have an issue with the lady Jackie. She has been no help to my ordeal. I took my vehicle for service on Friday, she said she logged the claim at 12:05 and the payment will be made on Monday. It's unfair cos I didn't have a vehicle to use for the weekend as the dealership won't release the vehicle unless payment reflects on their side. I asked her how will I be able commute to work on Monday. How am I suppose to travel during the weekend. I even asked to speak to someone superior she said that there's no one to assist. I'm seating with a problem and these no one superior to assist. it's a terrible service that I'm receiving from Genric Insurance.
