Genric warranty insurance

I'm Mr T Malebatsane, I bought I a BMW X5M on 2021/12/13 in cape town auto world garage , in my contract with the dealership it includes the warranty for two years with genric insurance. In 2022 I took my car for oil change because it appeared from vechile information on the screen,it was done privately by a garage that I choose and pay from my pocket as it was not included in my warranty . In 2023 I took my car for check up in BMW klerksdorp to see is the anything wrong but I was not showing any on the dashboard screen , upon the check up it was diagnose that their parts that need needed to be replaced and qoute where made send to warranty, to my surprise the claim was rejected and reason saying I took long to service the car but I did minor 2022, 2023 it wanted major service so I don't know if they say long or service standard because I don't have a document that say after how many kilos must I take it to garage , I'm relying on the screen where it talks about something else that I need to change which part when and all of them start 2023 up wards , all Im requesting is assistance to get my car serviced as it's the car I'm using for meetings and work , I'm humbling requesting for intervention , I'm begging please
