Genric motors unprofessional and pathetic service

Genric motors are ************ and unprofessional company ! Their customer service is pathetic they fail to resolve small issues, they don't give feedback on time they just keep you waiting! Genric motors only know how to take money from their customers with their lack of service. I was made to wait the whole day for feedback from their consultant while my car was at service.
