GENRIC insurance non payment

I am very disappointed in this service. I have transmission cover for R33000.00 yet when we submit a claim for a transmission cooler it gets said its not covered under transmission. I may be a woman but I understand cars. This part should be covered under the transmission. I would not recommend GENRIC Insurance to anyone as they just want to **** innocent people who have paid for their service.
