Genric Insurance is a ****

Genric Insurance is a ******** insurance company. I signed up for out of warranty insurance in 2019 and have been paying my insurance claims via debit order without fail. I had insured my vehicle which my family uses for private use only. When I made a claim this month. I was allocated a payout amounting to R2300 on a claim for R10 000. I was given some clauses in the contract and advised to send a request for review via their complaints email. I did that and two weeks later received feedback that my claim will not be paid and my policy will be cancelled cause I use the vehicle for deliveries and transportation of people for payment. This untrue and no evidence was provided to support this unfounded claim. I was told to write to the ombudsman for short insurance and that is exactly what I will be doing. l am not surprised that this is what happened but I will do my best to let people know of thir **** of a company.
