Easy , painless and efficient claim process

This will be my first review of a Company on Hellopeter . But I must be honest I just wanted to give my honest feedback and experience with Genric Insurance on the AVS Policy I have with them . When We Purchased our Hyundai H1 from a Local Dealership in Pretoria , the dealership made it out as you have to jump through hoops and that it almost sounded impossible dealing with Genric on getting things approved on the warranty , as you have to submit this and that and entire list of things . As Only THEY know how to claim and that only THEY can get approval ( if I tried it that they might not approve me etc ) After been dissatisfied with the dealership after a service I had the Unfortunate/ Fortunate experience to claim a Suspension part that was damaged .

I phoned Genric and started working with a Gentleman Frans Mashilo who assisted me and arranged everything I needed and what I needed to do ( Nothing remotely close to what the Dealership where I bought the vehicle had me believed that I would need to climb a mountain and back to get things done )

To sum this entire experience up , easy , painless and efficient claim process with quick payouts for repairs.
