Disgusting, misrepresentation and unfair practice

We have requested response and clarity on our claim. They have covered for a part that our car doesn’t have. We claiming for shock absorbers so according to them we are not covered for electronic dampening shocks , who would we have know as we not technical people and as we have them our car specifications how come they covered us for something we do not have? All along for the past 5 years or so what have we been paying for if today we are told we not covered for electronic shocks. This is daylight ******* and misrepresentation to us. May they refund us all our money that we have paid for all those years since you covered the wrong car.
