Client Complain

I have complain about Genric Insurance. I have service and maintenance plan with them. I took my car for service yesterday and I was told that the payment was processed yesterday and I will get proof of payment today so that the dealer can realize my car. And I didn't send them the quotation on Monday so that they can realize the payment early.
