Claim Not Approved

Very Dissatisfied with the service I received. My Vehicle broke down after almost 3 years of paying and sent in to repair shop. After they sent the claim through I get feedback that the vehicle has modifications. Note! I bought the vehicle as is not knowing that the vehicle's turbo was changed by the previous owner. No assessor was sent out to inspect the vehicle if it was worthy of being covered but yet it was ''COVERED'' So if a person who has no knowledge of vehicles go and buy a car that has modifications and take out the warranty and has a major breakdown they won't cover.?????? Makes No Sense. Assessor should come to inspect if vehicle is Standard or Not. Insurance Companies will do anything to save money...........
