Choose ANOTHER travel insurance company
I purchased travel insurance about a week ago from this website:
https://travelsure.azurewebsites.net/ (redirected from https://www.oldmutual.co.za/personal/solutions/short-term-insurance/travel-insurance/ OLD MUTUAL, which is a brand one trusts)
I have not received a confirmation email nor any policy documents.
I need travel insurance in order to apply for my Schengen visa and the appointment is NEXT WEEK..
I contacted them on their website and have NOT HEARD back from them
I will now have to repurchase travel insurance through BRYTE

We would like to confirm that the policy wording was initially sent to you on 09/01/2025 at 10:48. We suggest checking your spam or junk folder, as emails from no-reply addresses may occasionally be redirected there. To ensure you received the documentation, the General Manager from Health & Accident sent another copy, followed by a further email from our Portfolio Manager at GENRIC Insurance on 10/01/2025.
If you are unable to locate the emails in your spam or junk folder, please let us know so that we may investigate further.
We understand the importance of having the necessary documentation for your Schengen visa and can confirm that the policy documents were sent to you promptly.
