Bad services with attitude

Lucille senior personnel has bad attitude and very rude.Tried to submit a claim for mechanical warrany ,she didn't even give me a chance immediately started to scream ,shouts and hung up the call.She is not the only one all their agents do the same on the phone.That's how they receive customer care training.Going to cancel the policy not because they have declined the claim but cause of their bad,rude,pecu**** attitude
