AVOID GENRIC MECHANICAL WARRANTY!!!!!
Not Genric rejecting my claim for insured repairs as per my policy just because I decided to pay for the repairs and send an invoice to them after. Despite sending my query to them (3 weeks ago) I still haven't received a call. Wondering if the ombudsman can audit them. Surely products must meet the needs of customers and there should be no barriers post sale to claim.
