AMWI117275_Cancelled policy

On the 23 April 22015 I sent an email to [Email Removed] to cancel my policy, however it has not been cancelled and premiums were deducted from my policy, I cant get hold of Genric policy ,Iwill call and call and sent emails with no response,can my premiums please be reversed and the policy cancelled.
