5 star treatment

At first I sent an email requesting assistance with my policy, Claim Champion agent responded with misinformation telling me that my policy was still within the waiting period. I was furious and called for clarity that's when Caroline assisted me with excellent customer service, transfered my call to Paballo who again assisted me as though she was serving a king, corrected the information communicated to me via email and all the fury I had just dissolved completely at these 2 agents outstanding customer service. Again she transfered me to Lebo, who also treated me with great respect and professionalism like Caroline and Paballo. Just when I thought I was done Paballo sent me a follow up containing some essential documents, I am more than happy for the service I have received, thank you Caroline, Paballo and Lebo you all gave me a 5 star treatment.
