FALSE ADVERTISING
I use several of their supplements because they offer serious value for money. That being said, for the last couple of months they have been including these awesome vouchers in their product bottles offering a "Expert Training Session with Coach Brendan" valued at R399 FREE with code: https://genologix.co.za/fitness/
So I have been collecting these stubs in the hopes of actually taking advantage of this service to get fit and I used my first one almost 2 weeks ago, got an email about a week or more later from the Coach asking me to choose a time slot and day which I reverted to with my selection then NOTHING?
I followed up via email, MORE NOTHING so this is FALSE ADVERTISING and I want EVERYONE to KNOW, - DON'T BOTHER
We do apologise for the service that you have received, that is not at all what we want our customers to experience and it is most certainly not our intensions.

I think a little more planning could have gone into the launch of the fitness promotional special as Coach B. was offering a splendid service, he just needed a few "clones of himself" 🤭🤭 as there were a lot of us receiving vouchers at the same time and all wanting one person to respond to tons of customers is perhaps not the best way to meet demand.
