Extremely poor service

I left my phone to be repaired at Genius Tech Nicolway this morning at 10h00. The technician Mike Themba, who promised to call me after chrcking with management regarding a senior citizen discount . Twohour later and many call with no responses. I went to their store , they did not even start with the work . They then took under five minutes and R938.54 later. Not sure about the quality of their work and the number of their two branches have the same number. I normally go to Fixit and really soory i used this service provider who had given me a shocking service.
