Genius Promotion Tuition Review

I am a woman in my 30's and is being disqualified because my matric results aren't A's, yet I have a Master's Degree in Theology with a distinction. I am also a Psychology student with excellent grades. I believe it's ************** against someone according to marks of a two decades ago. It's like expecting everyone who wants to apply for a position to have 5 years experience. No wonder work is so scarce.
