Geneve Auto Services/ e Car Modimolle: Think twice

Took my vehicle in for clutch replacement and general service mid Feb '24. No protection had been used for vehicle interior e.g. seat cover i.e. filthy upon return. General service seemingly done but nr 2 ignition lead coil damaged in the process. Main concern is gearbox oil leak (per proprietor's indication) after work on clutch of which proprietor Gerald Laing was informed promptly day after receiving vehicle back. Mr Laing agreed that the existence of a leak was unacceptable and gave his undertaking for remedial work necessary to repair oil leak including ordering new seal. No follow up or remedial work done since. Does not respond to calls, text or email. Last visited premises on 14.03.2024, spoke with Mr Laing in person who denied receiving any communication save one text to wich he could not respond. He repeated his undertaking, said he was still waiting for the seal(s) he had ordered. No contact or follow up form Geneve Auto Services / e Car Modimolle since.
