Quality and customer service :-(

Product quality does not last the warranty it boasts, and customer service is almost non existent.

1- I am on my second bed and they both only lasted for 5 years. Could claim on warranty (with costs), but this process is tedious and takes forever. 2- I had to practically beg for a speedier replacement, which did not happen anyway... 3- Being overcharged, I queried it and was promised a refund, after several weeks and e-mails I am yet to get the promised refund.

P.S I have put myself a reminder to do a warranty claim before it starts giving me problems (a deteriorated bed has been the result of excruciating back aches) again..
