Problems with Genessi and Restonic

GENESSI EN RESTONIC BEDS

Hi,

I want to know what the reason behind the blue sticker attached to the base means to you. On it stands 1 No ********** and then "DO NOT REMOVE THIS TAG REMOVAL VOIDS WARRANTY"

The reason for this is that I have had up to now, since 19 February 2016, 5 (five) different beds. We started off with a Latex, then 2 Genessi King Long, after that a King Long Restonic, and the last one Queen Dream Plush. Up to now, not any one, was up to standard as promised.

My wife and I went through several spine related procedures, as well as back operations.

The first 3 beds were changed without inspections. The fourth one, when I asked my money back, I was told to pay another R2500 then I will get the top of the range namely the Dream Plush. At first I was stubborn and my wife convince me to take it.

Now that I complained again, I was told that there is nothing wrong with the bed, it must be 4 cm difference at any point, but it can be made harder in one day, on my costs, and I must produce the last delivery note, then it will be done.

The last bed was delivered without a delivery note. I found it strange at the time, and that is why I asked in my first paragraph, above, about the blue sticker. The driver told me, if anything goes wrong, the blue sticker is my guarantee.

I bought the bed from Tafelberg Furnishers, Bellville, and paid cash. They helped me to changed the first bed. After that I contact your Rep every time.

I think your Rep did this on purpose, that I did not get the delivery note which he "requires" now, instead of the blue sticker.

In my view, as an old Detective Commanding Officer, the blue sticker wouldn't be placed there for no purpose !!!

I'm sure now, that you do not have a bed that suits my wife and my requirements, and there for I request a refund of my money spent.

Thank you.

SINCE 13 APRIL 2018 NO FEEDBACK EXCEPT TAFELBERG FURNISHERS WHO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE !!!!!!!
