Highly recommended Superb comfort.

Not often are we introduce to a product that lives up to their promises. I own 2 B&B establishments and having used Cloud nine products for a number of years I have noticed the quality deteriorating. So recently it was time to change my bed and I came upon the genessi brand. I tried a few models and decided to buy the Genessi Elegance. The salesperson was so excited and confident in this product I was convinced to try it myself. This was one of the best investments I made with regard to a bed. My wife and I are on the complete opposite sides of the weight scale and she loves the bed. We normally have to sacrifice on the comfort of the mattress as I prefer a firmer mattress than she does. We both agreed on this mattress instantly. I have upgraded all my beds in my B&B to the Genessi beds and I can't believe how many guests compliment these beds. I recently had an issue with customer breaking the base. I contacted the bed company from where purchased bed from and the base was replaced the very next day. I would highly recommend this brand for your next bed. Well done Genessi.
