Defective goods and bad attitude

<br> In January 2014, I purchased a Genessi Base Set from The Bed Store in dbn. On delivery the base was torn and was exchanged. After a few months the base started scquicking the base was again changed. Few months later we discovered the material on the matress was fraying. A compliant was laid and they lady from Genessi Lynn made an appointment to come check the bed she did not show and did not have the decency to call and apologies and make another appoinent. I made numerous calls to her. Eventually she came after 2-3 weeks and she then made excuses saying it was sheets and protector and was shocked wen we told her protector was bought from them. They now say it's weat and tear and can't do anything about it. Manager Sharmi even cut the call on us. I ask do we buy expensive bed for them to be rude and tell us after 6 months use it's wear and tear. I urge one and all not to purchase Genessi as u will be left with defective products.<br> Sent from my iPhone
