Noise level

I stayed at the Genesis Hotel in fairmount Johannesburg for the past 4 days. There seems to be a function room in the hotel that plays loud music which travels throughout the centre. Even though I have called down to the reception front desk, the music/noise went on for ages. The hotel obviously does not care about the people that stay at the hotel. Never again.
