Warning to Prospective Buyers

Genesis Projects Property Developer has built several developments in the West Rand. I purchased one of their off‑plan properties and moved in about two years ago. From the very beginning, I encountered numerous issues—most of which they refused to address. The problems range from poor workmanship in painting and plumbing to the use of cheap materials. Despite their attractive designs, the actual delivery is substandard and certainly not worth the millions they charge. My experience has been the worst property purchase I’ve ever made, with zero willingness from the developer to correct their mistakes. They continue to advertise new projects, so I urge potential buyers to be extremely cautious. I am prepared to provide proof and photos of their shoddy work. Consider this a serious warning: the designs may look good, but the quality is disappointing.
