Poor Communication, Short on Deliver

<p>A mixed review, in some cases they went over and beyond moving people's sheds for them etc., but poor communication and slow at responding to issues.</p> <p> </p> <p>11 days ago we met with them and were promised rubble removed, quotes to be recieved and courtyard completed, then they went off the grid.</p> <p> </p> <p>Slow response to emails, rubble still taking up most of the parking ( a big issue with residents that visitors parking was unavailable for 2 weekends after they had left site), the outstanding courtyards still waiting to be done and no quote.</p> <p> </p> <p>Maybe we were foolish to make the next tranche of payment available to them as it seemed once they got the money they were gone.</p> <p> </p> <p>Its a shame as they seemed like good guys.</p> <p> </p> <p>Lessons learned, no final payment until all is complete.</p>
