Worst medical Aid!

My family and I pay for a hospital plan at Genesis. It's only a Hospital Plan. I pay for Doctors out of hospital myself. On the Hospital Plan they state that we are covered 100% for hospitalization. It's ********! Every time that someone of my family was in hospital, I receive a bill for something they refuse to pay. I think Genesis are one of the biggest ******** organizations on the face of this planet. Save your money rather than wasting it on this ********ting medical aid!
