Useless Medical and agent Wardah Jacobs
I app**** for my 80yrs mother join the medical aid as Discovery is very expensive the agent told me since my mother 80 and dementia they need curatorship. My mother hasn't been diagnosed with dementia just forgetful at 80. Yet they wont accept my mother of attorney. The agent Wardah Jacobs is not very helpful and i need to chase her to find out what is happening with the application. Stay away from a useless medical aid

In an email that you sent Wardah on Friday, 08/11/2024, you stated that your mom “has Dementia” and that she “will not be able to handle this.” The Scheme therefore does require a letter of curatorship, as you will be managing her affairs as a result of her inability to do so.
