Thank you my Genesis!

I have been a happy member of Genesis for over 25 years. I always feel rather smug when people complain about their medical schemes and their high increases when Genesis has kept my increases nice and low each year. I recently had to go through a scary operation and the assistance and “handholding” I received from Genesis was incredible. I never had to worry about obtaining a reference number, that was all done seamlessly for me and I could go to the hospital that my surgeon wanted to operate at – I was not forced to use a network hospital. It means the world to me to have all the stressful details organised for me so that now I just have to concentrate on healing.
