SIGN UP DISASTER!!!
I have been trying to sign up with Genesis for weeks now but, keep getting the run around.
My husband was on his father's ****cal aid previously and is no longer on teh medical aid and needing to go on to his own ****cal aid.
We filled in everything and even gave them the full medical histroy report from the previous medical aid and yet they still give me the run around. Even after doing what was discussed (full medical history report from pervious medical aid).
This is ridiculous and seriously making me consider to sign up with a different medical scheme,they have everytrhing they need especially with the full medical history from the prvious medical aid.
