Poor service when you have an emergency

My granddaughter needed an emergency admission in hospital. We sat at hospital since 9am until 3.30 with no authorisation. They used all excuses not to pay! Eventually the family had to pay for 3 days admission.

What would you like me to respond to? Very worried as there is no Authorisation given to hospital yet! It is now Friday afternoon, so this matter has still not received your urgent attention. Hospital has submitted you with lab results and no response from you.
