Poor service from Genesis medical Aid
They refuse to authorize a procedure that was extensively motivated by my surgeon. When trying to resolve the issue I was inform via email/ in writing that there was no medical advisor on board. As such I am still in pain and discomfort, . After numerous effort from my dr's office there is still no solution forward.

The Scheme will cover the cost of the scan or X-ray should the results lead to surgery, within two weeks of having it done. Therefore, we encourage you to speak to your doctor and to provide us with the requested information. The delay is not our side.
