No approval for a broken bone surgery

I would advise people to be very careful with choosing this medical scheme My father is with Genesis Medical scheme. He has broken a bone in his foot after a fall. He has gone to the orthopedic specialist that booked him for surgery Genesis Medical scheme has rejected this very vital surgery. Now the surgery had to be cancelled and my dad needs to just deal with the broken bone in his foot I would really urge people to really do research on other medical schemes as your family might need to pay the price
