More than just great customer service
Good day, I would just like to thank Jenine and Elmarie Jensen from Genesis for going to lengths to ensure propper customer service and explaining everything in propper detail regarding the scheme regarding my mishap at the optometrists and for understandin my frustrations regarding the situation. Thank you for not just leaving me as another number which will pass by. Your service to me as an unhappy customer will be an event i will never forget. You are a huge example of real xustomer service. Genesis you got Jewels in these 2 ladies in your customer department. Thank you again very much. This service i received deserves a hundred stars and there would like to retract my previous statement thank you
