Sounds wonderful and affordable, until you get into a situation where you need medical assistance, and they refuse to help you... leaving you with the option of either paying your own hospital bill or dying.. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!

It would appear that the misunderstanding was caused by the hospital, as the Scheme has issued a hospital admission reference number for your admission on the acute diagnosis we received.
As discussed, we will be in touch with you again tomorrow morning, as you indicated that your doctor would like to do some more tests. Remember, if anything changes following our conversation and you need to go to theatre before tomorrow morning, the admission reference number that you received from us will suffice.
