We are always delighted when our members are happy with the service they receive from us, and when THEY then go the extra mile by taking the time to thank us on a platform like this. 

And although it’s wonderful that you are pleased with the benefit for your upcoming procedure, we would like to state that the benefit for this procedure is in fact a benefit that you are entitled to in terms of your selected benefit option and the Rules of the Scheme.  The fact that you are on a “hospital plan” with Genesis, doesn’t mean that you are only entitled to in-hospital benefits and treatment  -  you do in fact have access to quite a variety of out-of-hospital benefits too.  :-)
