Glad I didn't join!
I'm so glad I never switched my medical aid to Genesis. I responded to a Genesis Medical Aid adverti*****t and was contacted by one of their reps, who then emailed my a brochure and an application form. I had to get an affidavit signed as I have been with my present medical aid for over twenty years but genesis appeared to offer better benefits and was less expensive. I tried several times to email the affidavit and forms back to the Genesis rep but the email was returned immediately as 'address unknown'. Obviously that rep has left the company and then I read the reviews on Hellopeter... Thank goodness I never joined!

In fact, she emailed you on the 10th, the 20th and again the 24th of October 2022.
