Genesis your service is disgusting.

My first claim since joining! Admitted via emergency into ICU with sepis. When my doctor was willing to discharge me, I had to go through hoops until I was allowed to be discharged. My claim was 'red flagged' for a review - is this SARS? Really? at a time when I am critically ill (went into septic shock). I am absolutely HORRIFIED at the service received or indeed lack there of. I pay my premiums diligently, yet my insurance is not available when I need it most. Would Genesis prefer that I die in the street or join another medical aid who will authorise a claim without an audit.
