GENESIS PATHETIC
No waiting period was imposed. Even the 2 doctors that treated her said it is ridiculous and are prepared to testify for my daughter. So we will continue with legal action. Of there was a problem,why authorize and ask for further information. Sorry not acceptable.

According to them they terminated my daughter's membership on the 29th of Feb but she got her membership card the 1st of March and gave authorization for hospital on the 5th. ????. Read the reviews this happens all the time. You are just pathetic ribbing people of their hard earned money.
