Genesis Medical Scheme good review
We have been members of Genesis Medical Scheme on a hospital plan for many years now and have only received excellent service. I have read a number of reviews about them on this site and am really surprised that people are complaining about things that would have been quite clear if they had taken the time to fami****ise themselves with the benefits relating to their chosen option. Also, Genesis regularly sends out e-mail notifications of important information and changes to the benefit options. I regularly recommend friends and family to consider signing up with Genesis.

We really appreciate your feedback and couldn't agree with you more - if only more people would take the time to understand their benefits (and this applies to any insurance policy), there would not be such a big need to complain publicly when perceived expectations are not met. As with everything in life, you get what you pay for and there is no "one size fits all" in terms of medical scheme cover.
Once again - thank you for taking the time to post a review on our service. May 2024 be a fantastic year for you and your family!
