Genesis medical aid worst ever
Worst medical aid ever, bunch of *******, for over a year I was paying this medical aid, when I finally needed them to pay hospital fee then they want to audit you and want medical history to make it impossible for you to get your medical bills paid. Please don't go with this medical aid you are paying for no service.

According to the updates that we received from the hospital, you did not receive medically appropriate treatment that required hospitalisation. It would appear that your short stay in hospital was for the purpose of performing diagnostic tests, which are, unfortunately, excluded from Scheme benefits as no diagnosis or confirmation of an illness or disease that necessitates surgery, followed.
