GENESIS MEDICAL AID IS THE WORST WITH NO HELP OR ASSISTANCE

My mother is on the medical scheme. She's was in the ICU for 79 days. She had an operation due to an accident she fell and broke her hip. She was admitted in a Rehab centre and Genesis doesn't want to pay after 13days in that Rehab facility. We phoned them and they only say we can't say, every thing that we ask is we can't say. She have a trachea in need to be on a ventilator, on oxygen and suction machines. She's got a feeding tube in, and also had a stroke in hospital so her left side is none functional. No place in Pretoria is equipped to take her in because they don't have ventilator machines. GENESIS MEDICAL AID can't help - so my mother is on the street to die. Really. We asked for any other help or way out. No state hospital take patients in that are on ventilators. What can we do?? Only way is back to the place that Genesis approved first we can't afford to pay them private. Genesis we want answers and help. VERY URGENT
