Genesis Medical Aid - continuous disappointment

Dear Wayne   We have looked into your feedback and it seems that not all email feedback from Genesis may have been received by you / your wife (the main member).   Your initial request regarding the non-payment of certain emergency codes, was received on 31/08/2020.  These codes were then reviewed and approved by the Scheme on the same day and the provider practice was informed.   The Scheme received an amended claim for Dr GH Huysamen (09/09/2020), which was sent for processing.      On 11/09/2020 we confirmed via email that the Scheme had reviewed the emergency fees and that payment will be released with the payment run on 30/09/2020. We received an email from you on 17/09/2020, again requesting feedback.  One of our Consultants then called you and confirmed that the claims were with the Assessors for processing with our 30/09/2020 payment run.  We also emailed you the confirmation email originally sent on 11/09/2020. You again requested feedback yesterday.  One of our Consultants called your wife and advised that the emergency fees were reviewed and that we had already provided feedback confirming that payment will be released with the 30/09/2020 payment run.  This was as per the email feedback sent on 11/09/2020 and 17/09/2020.  Our Consultant also confirmed that the statement will be available after payment is released and that it will be emailed to you on 01/10/2020.  Our Consultant suggested that you send the last 2 statements to your GAP cover provider, as some claims will reflect on both statements due to reversals and reprocessing.   We trust that you will find this in order  -  the Scheme’s payment run is today and you  will receive the latest statement tomorrow;  so you should now be able to settle all outstanding queries and finalise your GAP cover claim. Yours sincerely GENESIS MEDICAL SCHEME
